Hi,I'm Suman hereI have completed 900 hrs of Teacher Training course from different institutions and I have been practicing Yoga since the past 6years..it has helped me immensely to build my health physically,mentally and emotionally. Also I'm a student of BharataNatyam and have been learning since I was 6 and try to includeas much as possible to loosen my body.
