About Amish

Hi! I'm Amish. I grew up in Spain, and have also lived in the UK. Growing up around different languages and cultures has given me a real appreciation for language and the way it connects people.

I've been studying Arabic for the past few years in different countries like Egypt, Mauritania, UK and Saudi Arabia and my interest goes beyond the language itself. I'm fascinated by Islamic history, classical texts, philosophy, and the rich intellectual tradition of the Arabic-speaking world. I enjoy reading, travelling, exploring different cultures, and learning about the ideas that have shaped our world.

I know from my own experience that learning a language takes patience, consistency, and genuine curiosity. I enjoy sharing what I've learned with others and helping people discover the beauty of Arabic, whether they're learning for personal interest, religious studies, or simply a love of languages. I'm looking forward to meeting students from different backgrounds and sharing the journey of learning with them!

About the lesson

My lessons are relaxed and tailored to what you want to learn. Whether you're starting Arabic from scratch, learning to read, improving your grammar, or trying to understand Arabic texts, we can work through it step by step. I enjoy learning languages myself, so I understand that everyone learns differently and that it takes time to feel comfortable with a new language.

I speak Spanish, English, Urdu, Hindi, and Arabic. I myself spent time in learning Arabic so I know how it is to learn Arabic as a non-native speaker. I like to keep lessons practical, with plenty of examples, conversation and time for questions. My aim is to help you understand the language properly and build your confidence, rather than just memorise rules.

What I appreciate most is how he makes learning feel easy and enjoyable, even when the language gets challenging. He explains things clearly, always takes the time to answer questions and makes you feel comfortable making mistakes.
