About Mo
Arabic is my native language and English is my professional second language, which helps me explain Arabic concepts clearly to English-speaking learners.
I understand how difficult learning a new language can feel at the beginning, so lessons are broken down into manageable steps.
Beginners are very welcome.

For learners interested in Qur'anic Arabic, Qur'an reading and Tajweed support can also form part of the lessons depending on your current level.

Want to learn Arabic but aren't sure where to begin?
I offer friendly one-on-one Arabic lessons for adults and children, including complete beginners who have never studied Arabic before.
Arabic is my native language and lessons can be structured around your personal goals.
We can work on:

If you're a complete beginner, don't worry.
We can start from the Arabic alphabet and basic sounds before gradually moving into words, sentences, reading and conversation.
If you already understand some Arabic, we'll first establish your current level and build from there.
Lessons are relaxed and paced according to the learner. There is no pressure to rush through material before you understand it.
My goal is to get you using Arabic rather than simply memorising vocabulary lists.
Lessons are available online and selected face-to-face lessons can be arranged in Durban.
