Jess is so approachable and lovely which was important for me as I hadn't sang in a while and was nervous. She will speak to you about what you want from your lessons and work with you that way. As well as giving you amazing tips and pointers to practise by yourself and to build your confidence. Such a lovely woman and so patient. You can tell she genuinely loves to teach and she is great at what she does. I look forward to my lessons with her.
