About Léa
I started yoga at age 27 and then I was trained as a vinyasa / ashtanga yoga teacher at age 30. I started teaching immediately in association then on the beach with the tourist office of Collioure. I then made substitutions for the dance hall Synopsis in Perpignan. Currently, I teach on Tuesday and Wednesday evening at the Sweet Om room in Perpignan. I adapt to the physical limitations of everyone I can lend a mat that does not slip during the session. Waiting to meet you. Lea

I always start my class with a return to myself (meditation or yogic breathing) a little warm up to unlock the body and then I continue with some greetings to the sun (if the body allows it). I try to create a pleasant and easy to understand sequence for the student.

Pleine de bienveillance et maîtrisant ce qu’elle fait, je vous recommande de venir suivre les cours de Léa qui saura vous conduire dans la méthode et vous corriger parce qu’elle a l’œil ;) un vrai moment pour se retrouver dans ce monde de fou où l’on ne cesse de s'éparpiller, venez relier votre corps et votre esprit avec Léa, vous ne pourrez plus vous en passer !
