About Darshan

I am a native French and English speaker, completed my Bar Professional Training Course (Barrister) and registered at the Middle Temple Inn and hold LLB (Hons) and LLM from University of Central Lancashire. Having been a Part-Time Lecturer at the University of Mauritius and University of Technology (Mauritius) for the past 10 years, I want to help students excel and give them tips and advice on how to attain the best possible marks in their upcoming exams/assignment. I am very good at law research, which would be convenient for student/part-time students with tight schedules. I am very excited to continue doing this and seeing students evolve throughout the tutoring sessions. Further to my assistance to students, I have also tutored several masters students with diverse law subjects such as Trade, Commercial Law and Cyber crime.

About the lesson

Delivering lectures to groups of students and using advanced teaching techniques to inspire and motivate them for higher level qualifications and then employment. Being aware of curriculum developments and industry developments. Ability to maintain high standards of achievement, behaviour, discipline and punctuality amongst students. Knowledge of health and safety issues. Aware of all current Equality and Diversity legislation. Excellent time management skills to ensure targets are met and plans completed efficiently. Willing to take responsibility for the quality of teaching delivered and to make necessary changes to improve quality and maintain standards. Able to organise conferences and establish contacts with the wider academic community.
