About Archie
I am a King's College London Biomedical engineer and current Software Engineer with 3 years of tutoring experience leads to me being confident in my ability to take my students to the next level.
Being a Software Developer I can help to point out potential opportunities in industry - not only in the software space but also potentially the biomedical.
I provide students with knowledge beyond the specification as I believe if they can grasp beyond the spec then achieving greatness in final exams will be a cake walk...
For me the moment of a student understanding a concept that 10 minutes ago was completely foreign to them provides me with an indescribable fulfillment.
I do push my students hard, it will not be easy, but this is because I maintain high standards and expectations for those under my tutelage.

As a King's College London Biomedical engineer which has covered degree level Maths, Physics and computer Programming - this alongside with 3 years of tutoring experience leads to me being confident in my ability to take my students to the next level. As a Software Developer I can also provide insight into potential career pathways - relating current industry knowledge to the courses and truly explaining the 'why' of the concepts being taught,relating them to real life circumstance.
I mainly teach A-Level Maths, Physics and Computer Science, but would be open to teaching GCSE after introduction to the student.
I take my students to the next level, to do this I maintain incredibly high standards and will push them hard to guide them to where they should be.
I charge for 1 hour long lessons- however typically in practice the lessons last for 1.5 hours as I dedicate extra time to ensure that the student truly grasps the concepts that are being taught.
This comes alongside being available 24/7 to provide help through text or a quick 5 minute call to explain something.
I am always available to talk and will be more than happy to provide outside of lesson hours advice/ assistance during revision - this is encapsulated in the lesson cost.
