About Apurba
Hello! I’m Apurba Halder, currently pursuing my B.Tech in Computer Science Engineering at KIIT University. I have a strong passion for Science and Mathematics and truly enjoy helping students understand these subjects in a simple, logical, and engaging way. I completed my 12th Boards (CBSE) with an overall score of 91%, achieving excellent marks in Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. I also secured an impressive 95.2 percentile in JEE Mains, and I’m currently maintaining a first-year CGPA of 9.51 at KIIT University. From my own learning experience, I’ve realized that success in studies doesn’t come from memorization — it comes from understanding the “why” behind every concept. That’s the approach I bring into my teaching. I use real-life examples, clear explanations, and interactive sessions to make learning easier and more enjoyable. I strongly believe that every student has their own pace and potential. My goal as a teacher is to build their confidence, strengthen their fundamentals, and ignite curiosity in Science and Math. I teach school students from Classes 6 to 12, focusing on Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics — helping them not only score higher in exams but also truly enjoy learning. As a teacher, my main goal is to make learning simple, logical, and enjoyable. I focus on helping students understand concepts deeply instead of memorizing formulas. I believe every student learns differently, so I adjust my teaching pace and style according to their grasping level.
Teaching Techniques and Methods
I use a concept-based and practical approach that connects textbook topics to real-life examples. My methods include:
Step-by-step explanations for better clarity
Quick revision and summary notes
Visual learning and diagrams for Science concepts
Practice questions and short quizzes after every topic
This helps students not only prepare for school exams but also build a strong foundation for competitive exams like JEE and NEET.
Class Structure
Each class typically follows this structure:
5–10 mins recap of the previous topic
Detailed explanation of new concepts
Example problems and discussions
Doubt clearing session
Mini test or practice questions to reinforce learning
Homework or small tasks are given occasionally to strengthen retention.
