I offer fun and engaging yoga classes specially designed for kids aged 5 to 17. In each session, children will learn simple yoga poses, breathing techniques, and relaxation practices to improve focus, confidence, flexibility, and emotional balance. Classes are safe, interactive, and help kids stay calm, active, and happy.
