About Karen

Vinyasa Yoga teacher, I travel different countries in search of different yoga practices in order to develop my knowledge and share it with you. I made the decisive encounter with yoga 8 years ago, I immediately made the choice to devote myself to this practice and I became a teacher 6 years ago. Since then, I have traveled from country to country, from practice to practice in order to combine my two passions, surfing and yoga. I had the chance to teach with great teachers in India and Asia in order to further develop my knowledge. My practice and my teaching are deep and multiple, I have at heart to transmit with authenticity my experience of Yoga and to accompany my students in the discovery of this ... alchemical practice.

About the lesson

In my classes we practice Vinyasa Yoga. I could explain to you how this practice is beneficial for your body, your mind, your energy and even your soul. That your body will be stronger, more flexible, your mind will be calmed and you will change your daily life little by little ...
