Meditation
Initial classes will focus more on foundation, stretching to increase flexibility and focussing on correct posture and breating pattern along with the asanas.
Available for both online and offline classes(available for Punjabi bagh, Mansarovar, Rajouri Garden, Naraiana, Inderpuri, Ramesh Nagar)
Also available for classes in a park or nearby open area.
