About Ana

My name is Anna, and I have been teaching yoga for the past ten years. I would like to offer my classes to students who wish to regain their confidence and calm their minds. Yoga is beneficial not only for physical fitness but also for mental stability. I have encountered many students who have experienced positive changes after practicing regularly for one to three months. I would be thrilled to contribute to positive changes in someone's life story.
