About Zoe

I am a 500hr yoga teacher, fitness coach and surf instructor. I love to be outside, practice sports and share the passion and love for movement. I traveled around the world for the past 3 years meeting many inspiring souls. Currently I'm studying sports journalism besides teaching yoga, fitness and surf.

My teaching methods are based on the sequences of Dharma Mittra, Jivamukti. Through conscious movement, meditation and breathing we can calm our minds, find peace within and centre ourselves. These are part of my classes to give you practice and a guideline to find a positive physical, emotional, mental, spiritual state of yourself.
