About Adish

By profession i am a software developer.I am practising gyan yog, bhakti yog , kriya yog and meditation from the last 18 years . I have spent 4 years for my life as a sadhu and learned from various experts.Now i feel like sharing all the knowledge i have gained in last 18 years of practise.

About the lesson

The ultmate goal of yoga is salvation from all sufferings (mental and physical) forever . Without understanding the concept of salvation yoga is just like exercise. So my focus will be on making the students to understand the concept of salvation and how to use yoga for that.
