Rhianna is data-driven, caring, and honest. She provides engaging lessons that are easy to follow as well as individualized in-the-moment feedback that allows students to achieve their highest potential. She goes above and beyond for students, supporting them inside and outside of the classroom. She builds strong relationships with students, families, and teachers and collaborates with them to help her students. She is a true rockstar.

I have worked with Rhianna for four years and have seen her transform so many students’ lives through her careful planning and commitment to their success. Students learn to love math through her clear and rigorous instruction and she is excellent at meeting students where they are and adapting instruction to their needs. This has led her to have some of the most impressive data of teachers in our school and in the whole state of Texas, with nearly all of her students meeting goals set by state standards.
