About Reia
I hold an RYT200 certification obtained in Japan and have two years of experience as a yoga teacher.
I started yoga because I had a stiff body and poor posture from practicing judo for 12 years as a child, though that’s just one of the reasons. Through yoga, I aim to create moments to connect with ourselves, cherish the present, and guide others to live a fulfilling, regret-free life.
My classes primarily focus on Hatha Yoga, Flow Yoga, and Relaxation Yoga. I design each session to help you focus deeply on your mind and body. I also incorporate elements of traditional Japanese culture, offering a unique and special experience you won’t find in other classes.

I have two years of experience as a yoga teacher, both online and in-person. I offer lessons in Japanese for Japanese speakers, and in English for those who are not Japanese but have an interest in Japanese culture. Whether you’re new to yoga, have a stiff body, or are taking a class for the first time, everyone is welcome! I am also happy to tailor lessons to meet your specific needs.
I’m a cheerful person, and I look forward to connecting with my students. Let’s enjoy yoga together and create a space to connect with ourselves!
