About Rita
I got my first certificate in 2014 in vinyasa yoga 200h in South Africa where I lived for 8 years. I immediately approached the Iyengar method which helped me solve physical problems that required surgery, avoiding it thanks to this style of Yoga. Since 2015 I have been studying under the supervision of my tutor and the South African Iyengar Yoga Association.

I scrupulously follow the teachings handed down by BKS Iyengar to the countless students and teachers present throughout the world. Accuracy in the execution of the asanas, use of Props to allow even those who are very rigid to practice effectively, attention to alignment and correct posture, as well as attention to the smallest detail that will make the difference.
