About Miss
I’m Miss Sim and I’m a dedicated tutor with a passion for helping students reach their full potential. I believe that every child has unique strengths, and it’s my job to discover those strengths and build on them. I’m drawn to teaching because I genuinely enjoy seeing the moment when a concept clicks for a student—when something that once felt difficult becomes clear. It’s incredibly rewarding to play a part in a child’s learning journey, whether that’s boosting their confidence, improving their skills, or sparking a new interest in a subject. My motivation for teaching is not just about academic progress, but also about supporting children in becoming confident, curious, and independent learners. Education is a powerful tool, and I want to help children not only succeed in their studies but also develop a love for learning that lasts beyond the classroom.

During this time, I have worked with a wide range of students, helping them improve academically and build essential skills. My experience includes both one-on-one tutoring and group sessions, allowing me to adapt to different learning needs and preferences. Who the Lessons are For: My lessons are designed for primary school children, typically ranging from ages 5 to 11. I tailor the content to suit their age and level, helping them with Maths.
