About Michelle
My goal is to bring students more in touch with their spirit, calm their mind, while also strengthening their body. I adjust pace and level according to the student's level and needs, create a calm environment, as well as provide clear instructions.
Class is started with calming the mind and connecting to our body and breath. We then move into breathwork(optional) and slowly move into the main yoga poses. We work through the chakras and really focus on letting go, connecting to the breathe, and rejuvenating our mind, bodies, and souls.
