About Sasha
I have been practicing yoga since the age of 7. I have a deep interest in ancient vedic practices. I think it's extremely important to combine our modern knowledge of the body with ancient principles to develop a well rounded practice. I have taught both group and private lessons.

My teaching method revolves most around how you feel. So many of us can't recognise the subtle feelings in our bodies due to trauma and stress. I'm here to help you understand your body and mind. I teach very intuitively usually we start with a meditation which is weaved through the poses. My style is catered to where your body is at, some classes will be strength based to build mental resilience and some will be a slow peaceful release to feel lighter. I always end with a 5-10 min savasana and closing meditation. After I take your feedback and apply it for the next class!
