Internationally certified yoga teacher teaching with detail in asana, pranayama and meditation

I learnt yoga from Arti a couple years back and found her to be really knowledgeable. She understood what my body needed and was able to guide and train me accordingly. She is kind, patient and interested in helping her students.. she's really a great teacher!

I have never come across any teacher line Arti. With her modern thought process, she is also connected to the roots of Yoga. Her approach of teaching is both scientific & spiritual. While many of the teachers now a days are just keen on the physical part of asanas, Arti comes with the ability to connect oneself to both their mind & emotion while she takes classes. The best quality which makes her diffrent from others is her relaxation techniques, it takes you to another world altogether. Am fortunate to have a teacher like her. I don't only have trust on her, I have my faith in a person like her.

Arti is a very motivating and a very cheerful teacher.. she makes you very comfortable and her explanation of teaching asanas is very good. She helps you build your confidence and makes exercising super fun. Her knowledge is commendable. Highly recommend her to anybody who is having even the slightest priblem as she will help you get relief from the pain.
