About Mallika

I am an internationally certified yoga teacher with more than 4 years of experience. I'm also a business adminstration graduate and have worked with a tech company. I am currently teaching yoga, meditation and pursing my acting career in Mumbai.

About the lesson

I try to keep my sessions holistic and design classes upon the requirement of my client. I cover all focus areas such a toning and weight loss, mind and body connect, holistic wellbeing, breathing exercises (pranayam) meditation, yogic concepts and conscious relaxation. I teach healthy adults of all age groups.

Good progress in the first session- we could use some work on alignment and furthering the practice holistically while improving focus /concentration.
