About Anita
Anita Trivedi was born and raised in Rishikesh, India. Being inspired by the Yoga culture of Rishikesh, she started her yogic jouney in 2011 and has completed RYT-500. Her domain knowledge and vast experience lie in Hatha yoga. An ardent follower of pranayama and meditation, she believes in spreading calm, peace, and balance through her practices and expertise.
