I am Rekha, 500 hours internationally certified yoga instructor. I am practicing yoga for the past 14years and teaching for the past 5 years.
Yoga make your body work at its best and heal you from health and pschycological conditions that you suffer from
Yoga is not for the physical body but is a massage for the internal organs(digestive, reproductive, respiratory and cardiovascular system) to stimulate them to work at its best. The added benefits are weight loss and getting back in shape.
