About Sarah
I am a 25-year-old International and National Yoga Gold Medalist, with over a decade of experience in practicing yoga. I began my yoga journey at the age of 10, following in the footsteps of my father, who has been a dedicated yoga practitioner, especially in meditation and pranayama. Alongside my passion for yoga, I am currently a house surgeon at Government Medical College, Trivandrum, Kerala. Yoga has significantly transformed my life, bringing out the best in me both mentally and physically. I am passionate about sharing its benefits with others, helping them unlock their full potential and achieve holistic well-being.
