With 18 years of teaching experience and a background in Physical Education & Engineering, I design practical, spine-focused yoga sessions that integrate smoothly into your daily routine. I don’t just teach poses—I show you how consistent practice relieves muscle tension, corrects posture, and builds sustainable strength through real-life examples.

• Back pain: finding solutions for aching back. Harvard medical school. Certified (2025)
• 200-Hour YTT Certified (2023)
