About Shruthi
I am a licensed Physiotherapist, a Certified Face Yoga Instructor, an Internationally Certified Yoga Teacher, and certified in Therapeutic Yoga. I am passionate about helping people improve their health through safe, evidence-based movement and holistic wellness practices.
With expertise in physiotherapy and yoga, I offer personalized sessions that focus on pain relief, posture correction, flexibility, strength, rehabilitation, stress management, and overall well-being. I also specialize in disease-specific yoga programs, full-body yoga, and face yoga to support both physical health and natural facial wellness.
My goal is to empower every individual to move better, feel stronger, and live a healthier, more balanced life through a combination of scientific rehabilitation techniques and traditional yoga practices. I strive to create a supportive, motivating environment where people of all ages and fitness levels can achieve their health and wellness goals safely and confidently.

Face Yoga to naturally tone facial muscles, improve circulation, reduce puffiness, promote a healthy glow, and enhance confidence.
My classes are beginner-friendly, easy to follow, and focused on improving overall health and well-being through safe and effective yoga practices.
