About Celine
3 1/2 years ago I started meditation and yoga practice through a close friend. In the beginning, I didn't get much out of it, but over time it changed so much in my life and I found my calling. I started teaching yoga in groups a year later and felt the power and energy that comes with every hour. Most recently I traveled to Thailand, Australia and Bali for one year, gave private yoga classes and attended various courses and retreats. In retrospect, regular practice and spiritual development with wonderful people brought me the most experience. My hours are always characterized by intense energy, love and the feeling of being yourself.

The yoga session is based on your individual wishes and level. You can think of the following questions before your yoga class so that I can plan them for you: 1. What level are you at (beginner, advanced)? 2. How long have you had experience in yoga and meditation, if you have any? 3. Do you have health problems / restrictions / problems? 4. What is your motivation for your practice (eg health problems, strengthening the body, spiritual development, difficult phase of life, etc.) Group lessons Structure: Presentation of breathing practice & meditation - connecting together, feeling yourself Yoga practice - individually according to level meditation - mostly guided exchange from me
