About Kiernan

I am an integrated yoga therapist and breath work instructor. I have been practicing for 8 years, and teaching for 4 years. I've taught private, in person group, and online classes. Through experience I deeply believe in the ability yoga has to transform one from the inside out.

About the lesson

I believe the way we practice yoga on the mat is a reflection of our daily lives off the mat. I not only teach, but will coach students through thought, breath, and yoga. Teaching students tools to reconnect with their inner power.

I customize classes to the individual or using the energy in the room.

Cancellation 24 hours in advanced. If not you will be charged. Over 10 mins late the session will no longer be held.
