About Minaya
I am a certified teacher (200H Yoga Alliance) by the Kashish Yoga school (Palolem, India) in the styles of Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin Yoga and Gentle Flow. I have experience in teaching English to beginner and intermediate level students in the styles of Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. I have collaborated with two studies as a teacher or volunteer in Bali and Gili Air (Indonesia).

My teaching method is passionate and close. In a simple and easy to understand way, during my classes I try not to focus solely on the physical practice of Asanas, but to transmit and send students small doses of the philosophy of Yoga so that they can apply them in their day to day and live a life full and full of joy.
