About María Eugenia
Passionate about Yoga in all its aspects and definitions. I have extensive knowledge of yogic philosophy, which I practice and apply every day of my life, both inside and outside the classroom. I love helping, guiding, and being there for all those who feel the pull to know and love themselves more deeply. I want to be a bridge for those who are ready to try something new (especially if it's their first time practicing Yoga), and to teach by example that a stress-free life is possible... that everything depends on our perspective, and that happiness is a natural state of being and a personal choice.

Each of my classes is created with love and dedication by me, and what fulfills me most is sharing them.
I design and prepare each class with a specific purpose and intention: to work on different areas of the body, harmonize chakras, and connect with our nature and our inner selves... Active listening and mindfulness are among the most important pillars for me when we step onto our mats.
