I have known Premila since the inception of my A-level studies in 2015 at Regent Independent College, where she was my Psychology teacher. One of the best things about Premila is her ability to mould her teaching style to individual needs, which was extremely helpful in navigating the course and understanding obscure topics and theories. I found her written feedback on essay questions particularly helpful in determining areas of improvement, and I believe this was vital to my success. have known Premila since September 2007 when I started working at Acorn Independent College in Southall. She was the Psychology and Sociology teacher there. We then worked together at Regent College in Harrow and I moved on to a different organization in 2012. I have known Premila as a friend and colleague.

To my knowledge, Premila has been punctual, meticulous, thorough, and has high expectations of her students. She was meticulous in marking and giving feedback to her students and the students always achieved well under her care. Premila has very strong subject knowledge and she has taught various exam boards throughout, She is thorough yet thoughtful and has experience of working with students with varying difficulties.

Premila is an excellent 1-2-1 tutor as she is personable, approachable, and understands her students well. She is strict yet empathetic towards her students.

I have no reason at all to believe that she should not be working with children. Premila is knowledgeable and is very good at advising students on how to improve and is able to motivate them to do well. Additionally her understanding of how the brain works helps in working with teenagers as she is able to get work out of them.
