About Penny
Yoga began for me as a quiet practice that eventually turned into an 11-year career. Providing support to others feels natural after working with so many seniors and gentle-mobility learners.
I focus on hatha fundamentals and standing balances while keeping things unhurried. My background includes a Diploma in Yoga Therapy from SVYASA to ensure safe movement. I enjoy working on hip openers and helping people find comfort in their bodies.
11 years of studio and online instruction informs my approach. These movements are meant to be sustainable for the long term. Reach out if you want to explore these practices together.

Do you ever wonder if your current routine is truly supporting your physical health? I build a personalized sequence around each student's body to address specific needs. The focus remains on flexibility and mobility through vinyasa flow and various injury-safe modifications. Consistency matters.
We keep the pace steady so that tension leaves your muscles. Breath flows into movement. You will likely feel much more grounded by the end of our time.
