About Sneha
I like to joke that I have been practicing yoga since before I was born (my mother took a prenatal class when she was pregnant with me). I have been practicing yoga on and off since I was 3, and completed my teacher training in Rishikesh, yoga capital of the world, in 2023. I am passionate about honoring yogic tradition and philosophy in my classes, making yoga accessible, encouraging students to lead healthier lives. I have a podcast on Spotify and Google Podcasts where I post free guided meditations and content on yogic lifestyle, it’s called Find Your Shanti. Check it out for a sample of my work.
