I practice yoga since 2016 and I'm taking the Yoga Teacher Training 200h in a certified Yoga school in Dublin.
I am teaching the basics of yoga for beginners so I can practice teaching and also to share the benefits of yoga 🤍

The classes have 30 to 40 minutes of practice, and on the remaining time I share some relevant content about the yoga philosophy.
You learn the basic asanas, from the easy to the more difficult variations. Always respecting your body.
And understand the philosophy behind the yoga, the different types of breathing and meditation.
