About Llu
Hello! I’m Llu, a professional Illustrator and Art Teacher from Spain, with a degree in Visual Arts from Escola Joso in Barcelona, along with additional certifications in 3D Modeling. I have been teaching online art lessons since 2021 with people from all over the world.
I also specialize in Digital Art and Character design for video games and comics. I have experience teaching students of all ages how to use creative software and traditional media.

About the lesson

Languages in which the lesson is available :

With me, you will learn the different fundamentals of drawing (anatomy, perspective, light and shadow, volume, texture, and color), as well as specializing in Illustration, Comics, Manga, Concept Art, or Digital Painting.
We will use traditional media such as pencil, charcoal, ink, markers, watercolor, acrylic, crayons or colored pencils. We will also use programs such as Procreate, Clip Studio Paint, and Adobe Photoshop.
What are the classes like?
I offer lessons on the fundamentals of drawing, as well as creative guidance, helping people of all ages and skill levels improve and find their own style.
I like to think of classes as a conversation, where we can explore doubts, creative blocks (the ones all artists know so well), strengths, and areas for improvement. A good conversation between artists always helps to unlock creativity and find inspiration!
In addition, during the classes we will do things such as:
- Timed life drawing anatomy practice (in a sketchbook or digitally)
- Stylization practice for characters or illustration
- Using a sketchbook to explore different media and color
- Learning how to create mood boards and brainstorm ideas
- Learning to manage perfectionism and our insecurities when drawing
- Developing personal projects
I enjoy helping each person find their personal style, experiment with different media, and discover how color can express different emotions in every illustration.
