# About Me
Hello, I’m Akshayanand Jha, a Petroleum Engineer with a B.Tech. from IIT (ISM) Dhanbad and around 10 years of professional experience in the Oil & Gas industry. My academic and professional journey has developed strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, which I bring into my teaching.
Teaching has been a meaningful part of my life since my college days. I volunteered with Kartavya, where I taught students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds, primarily up to Class 10. Even after starting my corporate career, I continued teaching students at my home whenever my schedule allowed.
My teaching philosophy is simple: **make difficult concepts easy to understand and learning enjoyable**. I focus on fundamentals, logical reasoning, practical examples, and regular practice rather than encouraging rote memorization.
I understand that every student learns differently, so I adapt my teaching style according to the student's level, learning pace, and individual requirements. My objective is not only to help students improve their academic performance but also to develop their confidence, curiosity, and problem-solving ability.
I look forward to helping students build strong fundamentals and develop a genuine interest in learning.

I then explain concepts in a simple, structured manner using real-life examples, visual explanations, problem-solving techniques, and practical applications. I encourage students to ask questions and actively participate rather than remaining passive learners.

With a B.Tech. in Petroleum Engineering from IIT (ISM) Dhanbad and around 10 years of professional experience, I bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills to teaching. My earlier experience teaching underprivileged students through Kartavya during college, along with continued tutoring after entering the workforce, has helped me develop patience, adaptability, and the ability to explain complex concepts in simple language.
Classes are intended for:
Primarily school students up to Class 10, particularly those looking to strengthen their fundamentals in Mathematics and Science. I can also support higher-secondary and college students in relevant technical and engineering subjects.
