About Tanish

I am an enthusiastic person interested in a lot of things and one of them is Exercise. I got in touch with Indian exercise techniques quite early in life because of my father's background, after which I got really interested in how the body works and moves. So if you want someone who loves their work... I am close.

About the lesson

Every workout program will obviously be tailored to your lifestyle so that it is sustainable for you to be consistent and does not feel overexhaustive instead of rejuvenative.i personally focus on cardio and moving body in coherence so as to achieve peak functional performance in order to breeze through daily life
