About Swati
I am an experienced educator and corporate professional with a strong academic background and a passion for teaching Mathematics and English to students up to Class 10. I bring 19 years of experience in technology, consulting, program management and leadership, giving me strong analytical, communication, mentoring and problem-solving skills. My passion for teaching brought me to academics and to teach through simple explanations, practical examples and guided practice to help them understand why something works.
I have hands-on teaching experience with Classes 5–10 in 1-1 or group sessions and I also volunteer at Shakthi School, where I teach Math, Science and English to students from underprivileged backgrounds.

My teaching should lead you to gain confidence in the topic and establish a sound foundation to build for your subsequent learning. I spend time to observe gaps in your conceptual understanding and spend extra effort to address those even if it requires more effort at my end. This explains my hourly fee rate.
