My rate remains at $25p/h regardless of the students ability or goals as I believe education shouldn't be highly expensive, especially for students who are needing extra help. However, I do have a cancellation policy:

If the lesson is postponed or cancelled 24hr before the scheduled time there is no charge. However, if the lesson in cancelled or postponed within 24hr of the scheduled time, a $15 fee will incur in addition to the lesson cost (if postponed) or stand-alone (if cancelled).
