A HUGE hello to all you beautiful people!!! I live in Perth Western Australia and I would love to share my passion for music to anyone who has even a slight curiosity to learn how magical this journey

I first met Leanne when she came to teach at my daughters' school where children started at the age of three and the oldest students were in High School. I was amazed at her ability to engage all the children with such a wide age gap. She taught individual classes where there was a three-year age gap and also taught the whole school choir with all combined classes. Leanne was able to command the whole school choir at assemblies and it was such a pleasure to see all the children enjoy singing and playing musical instruments. Even better that we could understand every word sung and they were in tune! Leanne also taught music, and for those who were interested, trumpet, outside of school hours. She was so dedicated to her students that she would arrange lessons before school and during her lunch hour, without extra remuneration. Leanne also took the choir to perform at eisteddfods with excellent results. She also arranged inter-school bands and performances and the children enjoyed the experience to play with other schools. As a parent, I was very impressed with Leanne's ability and dedication as a teacher. However, her true talents and skills as a teacher were reflected in the children - they truly loved her; were able to relate to her personally but with utmost respect; and always gave their very best during class and at performances. As it was a small school, parents were often involved in assisting in the classroom or at events, and it was a pleasure to see the students actively enjoying their music lessons and respecting their teacher. Leanne eventually gave private trumpet lessons to my daughter ( as well as many other students who were introduced to trumpet at school and chose to take their lessons further). When my daughter moved to a different high school, those music skills stood her in good stead, and her new teacher was impressed with how quickly she was able to pick up a new instrument. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Leanne as a music teacher. She has the experience and skill to command small and large groups of students and engender enthusiasm for music. Her dedication to her students will often see her willingly spend her personal time to assist those students who are serious about their music.

It would be hard to find a better musuc teacher than Leanne! She is excellent in every way. I ha ve seen her teaching children many times and I as well as the children loved it.

Leanne was one of my first ever music teachers. She is thoughtful, engaging, encouraging, and fun to learn with. I'm now playing alto, soprano, and baritone saxophone for the Western Australian Charity Orchestra, Western Australian Wind Symphony and WAAPA's Symphonic Wind Ensemble. I owe a lot to her teaching

Leanne is a fine musician and a very caring and well-qualified teacher. I have performed with her on many occasions and known her for many years. As a professional musician and teacher with fifty years of experience, I would recommend her highly.
