About Stephanie

Collaborative ways of learning help to propel critical thinking and inspire an acknowledgment that every student is an owner of their own learning and a guide for others' learning. The need to quantify a student's capabilities, while traditionally important to replicate the hierarchical division, should instead aim to integrate students with community and help to establish better learning strategies in preparation for our dynamic world. I recognize learning as a reflection of the individual and their prior and ongoing behaviors. In practicing inclusive education throughout my studies, I believe that non-standardized differentiated approaches tailored to the students ensure the efficacy of steady learning.
