About Shiraz
I am Mrs. Shiraz Patrawala and I am practising classical yoga founded by Shri Yogendra ji of the Yoga Institute, Santacruz East, Mumbai since 20 years.
If one starts living a healthy, conscious life from an early age, one can avoid any diseases in the body which generally begin with the mind. By cultivating a simple routine at the beginning of the day everyday that takes very little time, one can avoid a lifetime of misery and suffering in the form of aches, pain and illnesses.
So my message is you don't need to do complicated asanas which can cause injury if done incorrectly. Instead simple stretching and asanas done for a lifetime consistently can be a boon.
