About Jip

For the past five years I have been engaged in yoga, started with Hatha yoga and later also Vinyasa. Last year I obtained my 200-hour diploma at Sarvaguna Yoga in India. Since then I have been teaching yoga and teaching passionately in both Hatha and Ashtanga Vinyasa.

About the lesson

My classes are clear and easy to follow, both for beginners and more advanced students. The focus is always on returning to your body and extra attention can be paid to training the body or, for example, hip opening / back problems.
