About Tobenna
Hello, my name is Tobenna. I'm a 14-year-old student who genuinely finds joy in helping people understand and excel in the subjects that they might be struggling in or want a little bit of assistance in. I have a firsthand understanding of the struggles of today's education system and I think that is something that makes me different from other tutors. A key advantage students would get from having me as their tutor would be a genuine personal relationship that you can't really get from anyone else. I'm really funny—I’ll give myself that one—and I'm extremely good at making sessions enjoyable. Some interests/hobbies I have are basketball and volleyball, tuba, working out, and video games. I'm reliable, patient, and focused on helping you feel confident in what you're learning. I know how frustrating school can be when things don’t make sense, so I explain things step by step in a way that makes sense. My goal is to help you go from confused to confident, without stress. I believe the best way to learn is by doing, not just memorizing or listening to lectures. That’s why my sessions are interactive, encouraging, and built around real practice — not pressure.
