About Kashish
I initially began my yoga journey for my own well-being. As I went deeper into the practice, I experienced its profound benefits and felt an inner calling to share this transformative experience with others. To experience yoga in its authentic form, I spent two years living and learning in an ashram environment. I have now been teaching yoga for over a year and look forward to sharing this practice with more and more people.

My teaching method goes beyond yoga asana and flow. I focus on developing a deeper understanding of body alignment and the correct use of different body parts in each posture. Through mindful guidance and precise cues, I help students improve posture, move safely, and build long-term body awareness. My approach supports both physical correction and overall well-being, allowing students to practice yoga with clarity, confidence, and balance.
