In my lessons, I attach particular importance to the individual constitution and needs of my students. In a preliminary discussion we work out goals, wishes and priorities on which we want to concentrate. The most important element in this growth process is the joy and fun in practice. I always work holistically and incorporate elements from Ayurveda, meditation and various breathing techniques (pranayama). The overriding goal of my lessons is to get to know self-acceptance better and to live more and more a life that is intended for us.
