I've been teaching for 14 years with all kinds of folks. I know from experience how important regular fitness and yoga are in life and how tough it can be to start and keep it going-I can help! Most of us need accountability and encouragement. Besides my knowledge of the body, I am intuitive and compassionate and energetic!
