I am a passionate yoga practitioner dedicated to helping others achieve a balanced lifestyle. My journey with yoga started as self-healing and soon became my purpose in life, so I completed my graduation and master's degree in yoga science. I believe yoga is not just exercise, but a way to connect the body, mind, and soul. My goal is to make yoga simple, accessible, and effective for everyone. I believe every individual deserves to feel strong, confident, and stress-free.
