About Róisín
After completing my degree in psychology, I realised that my favourite area was educational psychology. I have always loved working with children, so I completed a masters in education soon after. I love teaching and I believe I have a good ability to use a wide range of methods to assess each individual student in order to create a differentiated learning plan for their individual educational needs. Whether it is a student who may be struggling in a certain area or one who is excelling and needs to be challenged, I feel I have the skills and ability to do both.

I have experience teaching children from ages 4 through 13. I have worked as a primary school teacher for the past 5 years, mainly in senior classes, although I do have experience teaching and tutoring in junior and infant years. I have a keen interest in maths and English, and I also have experience tutoring in Gaeilge. Furthermore, I have experience tutoring undergraduate and masters students in academic writing skills. I am available for maths, English and academic writing lessons along with extra support for children with special educational needs as well as those with English as an additional language.
